PE reflection

Today, we learnt about pacing for our 1.6km run in P.E. and the whole class thoroughly enjoyed the lesson as we get to play Wii while at the same time learn how to improve our 1.6km timing. We are supposed to blog about our observations on our group member's run and also reflection on our personal run.

Observation
Strengths: -able to run the whole duration without stopping (Good stamina)

Weaknesses: -not able to maintain a good steady strides throughout the run. (Weak pacing)

Reflection
I had a fairly good understanding in pacing while running but using the interesting and engaging Wii to learn more about how to keep a steady pace truly optimised my potential in running obtaining my personal best timing for 1.6km.
